[META]
Downvoters at stackoverflow should have to describe their dislike, before being able to push the downvote button?

Seems it’s a talk from downvoters to themselves to some extent and not that much self-reflection or supervision on this for a longer time.

Most liked comment from there (https://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/135/encouraging-people-to-explain-downvotes):
“I enjoy being able to down-vote posts I don’t care for without worrying about retaliation. And I really enjoy being able to leave honest comments without worrying that they’ll be justifiably interpreted as evidence that I’ve down-voted. I would not like to see the two systems linked.”

Upvoters are or upvoting is statistically less emphasized in occurrence?
